As a way of celebrating 100 years of Polish Independence, the Polish Cultural Institute looked to the diversity of Polish cuisine, especially the Jewish cuisine that is so engrained in the land and culture today. Working with a Polish celebrity chef, The Gefilteria brought unique menus to life in unique spaces in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, the heart of New York’s Polish community today.
