Warsaw Culinary Residence

The Gefilteria spent a week in residence at the celebrated POLIN Museum in Warsaw, teaching cooking classes, meeting with community leaders and producing a large scale shabbat dinner in conjunction with a Polish chef on the site of the former Warsaw ghetto.
