Kneydl Bar

In January 2018 The Gefilteria was invited to inaugurate the kneydl series, a series of riffs on matzo balls by chefs to raise money for charity. The Gefilteria team was brought to LA, partnered with local chef Sonya Sanford, and created a special meal with matzo ball soup at the center. Funds were donated to CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights for LA)—a non-profit whose mission is near and dear to Gefilteria’s core values.
