San Diego Culinary Residency

The Leichtag Foundation hosted The Gefilteria for a monthlong residency in North County San Diego during which we hosted multiple classes (one public, some private), catered a 150-person Shabbat dinner on the farm where we were hosted, and then took over the local top restaurant in partnership with Chef Matt Gordon. We’ve run events over the years with the Leichtag Foundation and its 1.5-acre Coastal Roots farm, but this residency gave us the opportunity to dig deeper than ever together.
