Culinary Arts at Genesis at Brandeis University

The Gefilteria team developed an in-depth culinary anthropology course for Genesis at Brandeis University. The course began in the classroom but learning was reinforced hands-on in the kitchen. Field trips and guest lecturers and chefs rounded out this one of a kind experience for Jewish teens.
