Join Jeffrey and Liz of The Gefilteria for part II of their matzo ball soup sessions, a mix of food history, cooking demo, and lively conversation in a 1 hour and 15 minute session.
You didn’t have to attend session one to join this class, which will offer some wild twists on the classic soup we all love (think: fermented challah kneydlach, matzo ball ramen and so much more). This class will focus less on the history of matzo ball soup and more on the funky playful ways matzo balls have adapted to the modern moment.
We’ll be joined by some matzo ball soup innovators from the culinary field.
