Thawing & Serving Instructions
For best results, follow these simple guidelines for serving Gefilteria gefilte fish:
24 hours before serving, remove frozen gefilte fish terrine from packaging.
Using a sharp knife, slice the frozen terrine into desired segments (we recommend 12 slices). Place slices on paper towel-lined plate or platter and cover in plastic wrap.
Let thaw in fridge. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to serving.
Serve gefilte fish accompanied by fresh horseradish relish. Gefilte fish will be delicious for about 5 days after thawing.
