Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi

We joined Padma Lakshmi on the Lower East Side for Hanukkah 2021 on her Hulu show Taste the Nation. We also worked with producers to provide historical and culinary context for the story of Ashkenazi Jews in the United States as presented in the episode “Happy Challah Days.”
