Seasonal Brooklyn Shabbat Dinner Series

In summer/fall 2014 The Gefilteria partnered with the Schusterman Foundation to host seasonal Shabbat dinners, both with Peck’s in Clinton Hill in honor of the summer, and with Shelskey’s in Cobble Hill. Each dinner was designed to riff off the seasonal elements of Eastern European food tradition, encourage playful collaboration with our partner chefs, and create a completely unique culinary atmosphere.
