Seasonal Markets Pickle Production

The first summer in business, in 2012, The Gefilteria produced limited runs of lacto-fermented sour dill pickles, vinegar-brined rossel beets and garlic-peppercorn sauerkraut. As part of the markets and fairs, The Way We See The World design consultancy developed a signature Gefilteria Product look and feel.
